Traveler, there is no path. The path is where you walk..png

I've done a lot of things, in a lot of different places. Studied. Acquired degrees. Roamed. Traveled. Started a family. Traveled more. Mentored. Coached. Taught.

My path has been anything but straight. It has led me up steep mountains (quite literally), living in various countries around the world, out of one profession, into another...and just when I think I have things figured out the path curves- sometimes sharply- in another direction.

Currently, it is this: I am a non-profit director, an education consultant and professor. I am also a mother of two, wife, sister, reader and adventure seeker.

I am also a native Californian who now calls Minnesota home. I am continually trying to live as my best self. This is a daily process that often involves self-forgiveness and lots of deep breaths. I am intentional about seeking balance in my own life so I can be at my best for my family, my co-workers, my clients, and most importantly, for myself.
